As an organization working toward improvement environment and living conditions of the urban poor in Cambodia, Community Sanitation and Recycling Organizati on (CSARO) is governed by voluntary board of Director. As stated in the current CSARO statue, Board of Directors is responsible for providing oversight, guidance and strategic direction to the objectives, policies, program plans and rules set for the organization. On the operational side, CSARO has an executive Director responsible for day to day operations who is advised by a management committee made up of key staff members.
